What you can contact us about
- Corrections. Spotted an error, outdated rule or broken link? Tell us the page URL and what needs fixing. Our editorial policy explains how we handle corrections.
- Partnerships and advertising. We consider partnerships that fit our audience and values. Read our affiliate disclosure first to understand how we work.
- Privacy requests. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 or Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. See our privacy policy and cookie policy.
- Complaints about a partner platform. If you had a problem with a platform linked from our site, we want to know, because it affects whether we keep recommending it.
- Impersonation reports. NIMOGAMING is not affiliated with NinoGaming, Nimo TV or similar names. If someone uses our name to ask for money, please report it.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, on GMT+8 (Manila and Kuala Lumpur time). Messages sent over weekends or public holidays may take a little longer. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.
