Cookie policy

Short version: NIMOGAMING sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking scripts at launch. Here is the detail. Effective date: 1 October 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can remember settings, keep you logged in or track what you do across sites. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device fingerprinting.

Cookies on NIMOGAMING

At launch, NIMOGAMING (nimogaming.my) is a static information site. That means:

  • we set no first-party cookies;
  • we run no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts;
  • we have no logins, forms or comment boxes that would need cookies; and
  • we do not show cookie banners because there is nothing to consent to.

You can read our blog, games overview and FAQ without any cookie being placed by us.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs basic technical data when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. This is not a cookie, and it is used to deliver and secure the site. Details are in our privacy policy.

Partner platforms set their own cookies

When you click a "Play" button, you leave NIMOGAMING and go to our partner platform through an affiliate link, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. The partner platform and its tracking network will usually set their own cookies, for example to:

  • record that you arrived from NIMOGAMING, so a commission can be credited;
  • keep you logged in and remember language or currency settings; and
  • run their own analytics, security and fraud checks.

Those cookies are controlled by the partner, not us. Check the partner's cookie and privacy policies before you sign up, and use our safety checklist to judge whether a site is trustworthy.

How to control cookies

You are always in control. In most browsers you can:

  • Chrome (Android/desktop): Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies, then choose to block them or clear site data.
  • Safari (iPhone/Mac): Settings, Safari, turn on Prevent Cross-Site Tracking, or Clear History and Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Enhanced Tracking Protection set to Strict.
  • Samsung Internet and Edge: use the Privacy or Cookies section in settings to block third-party cookies.

Private or incognito mode also deletes cookies when you close the window. Blocking cookies on partner sites may stop logins from working there. Our mobile play guide has more phone privacy tips.

Tip: clearing cookies regularly on shared or borrowed phones is a good habit, especially if family members use the same device.

Future changes

If we ever add analytics, a newsletter or other features that use cookies, we will list each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime on this page, update the privacy policy, and ask for consent where the law requires it, before switching anything on.
