1. Who we are and accepting these terms
NIMOGAMING (nimogaming.my), referred to here as "NIMOGAMING", "we", "us" or "our", is an independent information and affiliate website about online casino games, esports, payments and responsible play for adult readers in the Philippines, Malaysia and the rest of Asia. 2. Eligibility: adults 21+ only
This website is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. By using the site you confirm that:

- you will not share our content with, or use it on behalf of, anyone under 21.

3. Informational nature of the site
NIMOGAMING publishes guides, explainers and reviews. We are not a casino, bookmaker or gaming operator. In particular:

You may not copy whole articles, republish our content as your own, scrape the site in bulk or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership without written permission.
8. AI-assisted content
We sometimes use AI tools to help with research, outlines, drafting or translation. Every article is reviewed, edited and fact-checked by a human editor, our founder Roland Dee, before publishing. Even so, errors can slip through. If you spot one, please tell us via our contact page.
9. User conduct
When you use the site or contact us, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or encourage others to do so;
- attempt to hack, overload, scrape at scale or disrupt the website or its hosting;

- impersonate NIMOGAMING, our author or any other person or organisation.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIMOGAMING and its author are not liable for:
- any gambling losses, including losses on partner platforms;
- any acts, omissions, closures, payment delays or disputes involving third-party platforms;
- decisions you make based on our content, or errors and outdated information; or
- indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or temporary unavailability of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site, our partners or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Older versions are available on request.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
